It does say that PP has no ability to differentiate between areas of their site. Simply an overnight block on your account. A 30 minute conversation with a customer service rep followed, which advised that Paddypower had taken a business decision that if you chose to exclude from one single area (Poker / Gaming / Bingo / Casino / Vegas) you would now automatically be excluded from all areas on the site other than Sportsbook.
Then this morning, logged on and was told I was excluded. Quite like the site, its quick and theres a good selection of games. I've been happily playing away, low stakes, occasional big hit, and within my limits ever since. At the time I came back, I asked them to continue the exclusion on Poker, not because I had any issue there, but because I never play Poker so there was no point in having access there. They were very formal about it, we set some deposit limits, everything till today has been fine. After I got back into work, and got settled, I went back to Paddypower and asked to be reinstated. I self excluded years back when I was unemployed, didnt want to be spending money I didnt have.
